Did you ever feel like “that is a funny coincidence”? What if it is not? What if you are meant to be reading the details to this course right now? Feels like a sales pitch? I hear you. Of course in a way it is. However what if you are just meant to read these lines, which in turn spark a thought and get you right where you need to be to have a click, an understanding of something in your life? Maybe however, it is simply time that you give meditation a chance.

This course is designed for you to try on what it feels like to turn down the volume of your external senses and start turning up the volume of your inner voice. Turn your attention from the outside to the inside. Start clearing away the fog and embark on a journey of self discovery. I won’t give you any promise of what you can reach within this course. This is entirely up to you. What I will promise you on the other hand is that I put my heart and soul into preparing surroundings for you to experience different ways to connect with yourself. To get to know yourself better. I will use different meditative tools that I have picked up along my way of self discovery. Years of travelling, living with communities, expanding my toolbox through participation in meditation courses, workshops and meditative experiences. Starting to guide meditations little by little in safe surroundings in Nicaragua and Guatemala, eventually finding my inner strength to invite you to a journey of meditative experiences.

Costs

Since this a new format, airing for the first time, I offer this course at cost. It will be € 44 for all 9 sessions (each 90 minutes).

Besides the monetary compensation I would love for you to participate in voluntary feedback, a chance for me to improve my offering.
